Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is a competitive athlete. When she quit her gymnastics profession Ariel Khadr began competing in fitness contests at the age of was just 16 years old. After a year, she was awarded her Professional Card at age 17. Ariel Khadr has been a paid athlete of IFBB Fitness Pro and is a model. She started to compete at fitness shows after giving up her childhood career in gymnastics. Within a single year, she earned her pro card when she was 17. IFBB Pro, she is the youngest ever. Ariel took a six-year break from her career after she earned her professional license to continue her education. The year 2015 saw her continue her path from last year's the most prestigious contests such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After her initial show for several years, setting bigger goals every year. She also won four fitness titles by the end of 2009. In 2009, she was the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion, which made her the oldest IFBB Fitness Pro in history (aged 17). Ariel spent 6 years trying to finish her education when she earned the Pro Card. The IFBB Fitness Pro Debut occurred during the Phoenix Europa Games, in 2015 October. She finished at third. In the summer of 2016, she was awarded first place at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for to compete in the Fitness Olympia. After three months she took to the Olympia stage to take home the position of 6th at the Fitness Division. Ariel admits that she didn't have any expectations. Her satisfaction was high by her performance. It is no surprise that Ariel placed well considering she was competing against the best athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body each year. Ariel likes to focus on her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, and pull-ups that are performed using a machine, as well as bent-over rows. The first step is warming up before going onto work out sets. Ariel makes the best use of her limited time. Her routine for back exercises consists of three or more supersets comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
